PowerPoint

  1. First, make sure your slide is designed to the correct size for printing.
    1. Go to “Design” > “Slide Size” > “Custom Slide Size”.
  2. Save the files as pdf.
    • If you have Adobe Acrobat installed you may have buttons for doing this.
    • If you do not have Acrobat installed, go to File > Save As and choose PDF as the file type.

Word (MacOS)

  1. Choose File menu, click Print, and then click Save As PDF.
  2. In the Save As box, type a name for the file.
  3. Locate the folder where you want to save the file, and then click Save.

Word (Windows)

  1. If you have Adobe Acrobat installed, choose "Save as Adobe PDF" from the File menu.
  2. If you do not have Acrobat installed, go to File > Save As and choose PDF as the file type.

Publisher

  1. Choose File > Export
  2. Select "Create PDF/XPS Document" then click the Create PDF/XPS button.
  3. Choose a filename and location.
  4. Click the Options button and choose "High quality printing"
  5. If your document has bleeds, click Print Options and choose Crop Marks and Allow bleeds then OK.
  6. Click OK, then Publish.
